INVITATIONS AND AGENDA FOR ADDIS

Dear Mr President, Board and Management,
Please find attached the agenda, and also the invitations for Addis.
Please let me know if you have suggestions for changes on the agenda
by the end of today, according to GCE request. The one the management
team is suggesting is to have separate meetings for ANCEFA and GCE on
27 January before the meeting of the two boards in order to prepare.
We are also suggesting that there be time for plenary discussions
after presentations by ANCEFA and GCE on the 28 January. In addition,
all the abbreviations of session Chairs should appear in full.

INVITATIONS ET ORDRE DU JOUR POUR ADDIS,

Monsieur le Président, Conseil d'administration et, de gestion, s'il
vous plaît trouver ci-joint l'ordre du jour, ainsi que les invitations
pour Addis. S'il vous plaît laissez-moi savoir si vous avez des
suggestions pour des changements sur l'ordre du jour par la fin de la
journée, selon la demande de la CME. Celui de l'équipe de gestion
suggère est d'avoir des réunions séparées pour ANCEFA et GCE le 27
Janvier avant la réunion des deux conseils afin de préparer. Nous
suggérons également qu'il y ait du temps pour des discussions en
plénière après les présentations par ANCEFA et GCE sur 28 Janvier. En
outre, toutes les abréviations des présidents de séances doivent
apparaître dans leur intégralité.

Caro Senhor Presidente, Conselho de Administração e, por favor, envia
a ordem do dia, e também os convites para Addis. Por favor, deixe-me
saber se você tem sugestões para mudanças na agenda até o final de
hoje, de acordo com o pedido GCE. O único a equipa de gestão está
sugerindo é ter reuniões separadas para ANCEFA e GCE em 27 de Janeiro
antes da reunião das duas placas, a fim de se preparar. Também estamos
sugerindo que haja tempo para discussões plenárias após apresentações
de ANCEFA e GCE sobre a 28 de Janeiro. Além disso, todas as
abreviaturas de cadeiras de sessão deve aparecer na íntegra.
