Herbs and Starts Festival!

Stop by the Food Chatter booth to sample several delicious herbs available today and pick up a recipe or two!

 

These vendors here with us this week!

Ofilia’s El Burrito Bakery:  Enchiladas, tamales, chips and salsa, and HOT burritos and taquitos!

Trailer Park'd:  Local foods ready to go!  Ask how their new restaurant has fared this winter.

Ming Dynasty:  Spring rolls, eggrolls, crab rangoons and vegetarian options!!!

The Country Mill:  We hope to welcome this new vendor this week and their fabulous cider slushies during festivals and then their booth later this season!

CBI's Giving Tree Farm/CSA:   All your salad dreams can come true at Giving Tree!  Swiss chard, head lettuce, arugula, beets and fresh herbs!

Urbandale Farm:  From your local urban farm you’ll find fresh salad greens, radishes, chives, thyme, sage, spicy salad greens and more!

Wildflower Eco Farm:  Kale, collards, lettuce, spinach, rhubarb, seedlings and herbs

Hickory Knoll Farms Creamery:  Fresh chevre, aged chevre, Greek style feta (unbeeeelievable!) and frozen dressed whole rabbits!

Green Eagle Farm:  Get your vegetable starts while they’re here!  Seedlings, salad greens and more!

Alice's Kitchen:  Beautiful handmade cutting boards, patties and breads galore!

Lonesome Pines Beef:   All natural grass fed beef – just ask!

Potential Energy:   Perennial seedlings are on order!  Starter plants and very interesting additional services – stop by to discuss!

Nightengale Produce:  Tomatoes are here and will always be fresh picked in the morning!  Also look for lettuce, onions, eggs, asparagus and rhubarb!

Cookie Hearth:  Special baked goods and cookies; chocolate chip and white chocolate toffee, just to name a few!

Applegarth Honey:  Local raw wildflower honey!

Stone Circle Bakehouse:  These artisan breads will simply spoil you for anything else!  Stop by to sample and you won’t walk away empty-handed!

Peace Works!:  Peace signs and lots of hearts!  Woven fiber jewelry, spoon rests, repurposed and painted tees!

JW Kettle Corn:  Hot fresh popped kettle corn!

Patty VanLuven of Terea Cantata brings an amazing selection of handcrafted items from her farm!

Celeste Hart of Celestine Paints will be worth stopping by!

Emily Phillips of Emmie’s Jewlery Designs will dazzle you with her assortment of items!

 

These vendors will appear as soon as they are able!

Flood Plain Farm:  Please welcome this new urban farm; they are coming soon!

Fruitful Acres:  Coming soon with green beans and tomatoes in June!

Vang’s:  Coming soon with their wonderful produce and cut flowers!

Dou’s:  Coming soon with a wonderful variety of vegetables and flowers, too!

Dry Bucket Farm:  Victoria is another of our original vendors and we will welcome her eclectic variety of offerings as soon as she is able to return!

Greenman Farm Produce:  This family farm will offer a wide variety of local produce throughout the season!

ELFCO:  Will be here as soon as they can – always bringing a great variety of foods from the co-op!

Tomac Pumpkin Partch:  Pennie will return with her amazing pumpkins, gourds and squash later in the season!

Thanks for parking nice on Allen Street!  (Remember please that it is illegal to stop on the east side of street.)
