Hello neighbors,

HomeSaver is a foreclosure prevention program that assists unemployed and underemployed homeowners who have fallen behind on their mortgage payments. This program is for District of Columbia homeowner(s) residing in the property as his/her primary residence. Up to $60,000 of assistance is available.

HomeSaver has been reopened temporarily and will be accepting requests through May 14, 2021.
