Please join ANC 1A and all of our partners on Saturday, September 23rd, 10 AM - 12 PM for a community conversation on BULLYING & HARASSMENT. We'll have a panel moderated by our Teen Librarian, Monica Wilson, to give you a chance to hear from students about this important issue and allow them the opportunity to speak directly to their community leaders. In addition, we will have representatives from the Office of the Student Advocate, the Office of Human Rights' Citywide Bullying Prevention Program, and OHR's Director of Language Access to share available resources to support our families and young people. I have attached flyers for you to share in your newsletters and across your SMDs. Also, if you know of students interested in speaking on the panel, please contact Ben Williams or me, and we will connect with them. Students will be receiving service hours for their participation!
