Candidates must live in the Single Member District (SMD) for which they are running for 60 days prior to the election and be age 18 by the date of the election – November 4th 2014. Candidates can collect 25 signatures of residents in their SMD to appear on the ballot or run a write-in campaign. Petitions will be available July 7th and must be completed by August 6th.
