FW: Whole Foods Market Licensing

Hi, neighbors.  Monday's ABL meeting will include the rescheduled Whole Foods request for an alcohol license.  This is important for anyone concerned with how the operations of WF will impact the surrounding neighbors, as this application will give the ANC some leverage.

The ANC 6C ABL Committee will be discussing the Whole Foods license application at this month's meeting. You are welcome to attend. We will meet at 7:00 PM December 5 in the Kaiser Permanente Building at 700 2nd Street NE. Please find our draft agenda attached.

Eva and Steve, I will be arriving back from Africa earlier that evening, and I don't know whether I will be able to make the meeting. But, we learned a valuable lesson with the Giant and 3rd and H--any settlement agreement will have to have stiff provisions on delivery hours and similar quality of life issues.
