(I previously responded to Erin's message offline because it was
having a posting issue. The following addresses her issue for the
benefit of the listserv):

Hi Erin,
this is absolutely a legitimate issue to raise curing the "community
speak out" portion of the meeting. You could also raise it by takling
to DDOT, followd by your Commissioner (who will need to sign off on
any petitions that you may need to collect). If you do not get a
satisfactory response from DDOT you should notify both your
Commissioner & your Counselmember. This listserv is also an approriate
forum for raising such issues.
