Speed bump in alley between 1200 - 1300 Florida Avenue and Morse

Is there any way we could get a speed bump in the alley? I've noticed
in the mornings that a lot of cars tend to use the alleys as a means
of cutting through the traffic and lights. They go pretty fast
especially for an alley. I think a speed bump would reduce the amount
of through traffic and the speed through which it proceeds.

I'm not sure DDOT will do speed bumps in an alley (I seem to recall
hearing something about this). I can look into it. Do any of the other
Commissioners know the answer to that?
