
Dear Past Global Partner Awardee,
I hope this email finds you well in these difficult times. I am reaching out to you today to let know that USCAP Foundation has decided to extend the deadline for the 2022 Global Partners Travel
award until Thursday, November 11, 2021. USCAP Foundation is offering a total of thirty travel awards for the 2022 Annual Meeting taking place on March 19-24, 2022, in Los Angeles, CA, United States.
EACH TRAVEL AWARD INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
- Complimentary General Registration with Companion Society Meetings
- Complimentary Attendance to the “Long Course”
- Two complimentary short courses
- Complimentary Adjunct Membership in USCAP for one year
- A check for $3,000 USD to help offset travel, food, and lodging costs
CRITERIA
Consideration for Travel Awards will be given to practicing pathologists who:
- Reside in an under-served country (the
WHO-HINARI website will be utilized as a guide) and have a demonstrable need for financial support to attend the USCAP Annual Meeting
- Provide a resume and supporting letter from a Department Head or Supervisor attesting to the need for travel assistance and the potential benefit of attending
the meeting
Preference will be given to:
- Applicants whose scientific abstracts have been accepted for presentation at the 2022 Annual Meeting
- Applicants who are dues-paying members of the IAP
- Pathologists-in-Training
- Pathologists just beginning their careers (in practice or less than five years)
