enlightened human template for 5.1.3

i am in a campaign where i have a ward, i enlightened them with soul enlightining beneficiance. there was no way to up grade him to an enlightened mortal capable of using charms as the charm describes. i was planing on using terestrial edification program later to raise his essence limit as well. is there any way you could make a patch, template or update capable of making these things happen? many thanks for your time, liquidspeaker.

thanks for your patience, I hope your campaign is still going well.

In case you still care, there is no way short of generating a fresh character with new stats, as we never got around to building this feature.
