Cannot download software

Going to http://anathema.github.io/ and trying any of the download options results in a timed out error. This link: anathema.butatopanto.de:8081/full/, is where the download button sends me to, but it times out. I can ping anathema.butatopanto.de, that seems to be up and running.

Is this intended? Has support for this app been dropped? Do I need to build it myself? Please let me know.

Unfortunately, development for this app is no longer ongoing, and the creator was unable to continue hosting the files.  However, I do have a link to the most recent build:
