I'm not able to edit it, pins and markers cost 1975 for which I've given the bills for 1575 to Santosh and Susmitha spent 400 rupees for extra pins.

This discrepancy was due to the fact that Konark couldnt give us the discount for shortage of the food ( Usli Channa ) for 275 people and awaiting for approval from their management.

I followed up with them repeatedly and got the discount from the top management of konark 

hence the delay, 

If i had given up then we would have lost this money and hope this is usefull for the school :-)

This is a common delay in food industry, of the billing for large scale volume
