Actual Financials for Ananda Yana 2017

Folks,

   This year was the costliest Ananda Yana in the five years. We spent quite a bit of money overall. This is why I keep reiterating, that we should be careful about how we spend money. It is very easy to make our work comfortable or choose the easier option. For e.g. using plastic plates, glasses etc. There is a reason we want to keep it simple and down to earth. Money can of course make it easy. But, unlike other events, I feel we have a core set of values that I dearly hold in high esteem. Where did our budget go up? Where did we save money? I have attached a comparison chart from last year as well.
