Ananda Yana 2016 - Final Account settlements and donations to initiatives.

Dear Friends,

  I still have to make the payments for the following - 

Check to caterers - Rs. 17,375 (Can I get the name to be written on the check?) - Nanda to coordinate

Donation as Check to Aaadamya Chetana - Rs. 4000 (I will need the exact name to be written on the check) - Ashok Betraj to coordinate

Reimburse Anu and Susmitha - Rs. 1975 - Anu to coordinate

Reimburse Srini P - Rs. 1020 - Srini P to coordinate

Reimburse George - Rs. 7300 - George to coordinate

I will be getting my check book and Rs. 10,300 in cash to reimburse on Sunday, June 19th. Kindly collect it from me then itself!

With regards to our contribution to the schools, we have arrived at amounts to be contributed by the number of children in each of the initiatives who are part of the running program. We will be issuing checks to the NGOs in the following manner:

Sneha Care Home and Sneha gram - Rs. 1.3L

Ananya Trust - Rs. 1L

Thulir - Rs. 55,000

Thayi Mane - Rs. 70,000

Shristi Special Academy - Rs. 65,000

That's a total of Rs. 4.2L that will be donated from Runners High. In addition to funds raised, RH will be contributing from our income/finances to round of the amount to Rs. 4.2L.

With regards to Donation to Adameya Chetana, I would request you to issue a cheque for Rs 2600 and bal Rs 1400 as cash to me to be handedover to the maids /helpers in Sneha care who helped us to wash / rinse the 1375 Plates and Spoons

Hope this is ok with you all, since Myself and Ashok took the call whatever it may take, to return the cleaned plates and spoons to Adameya with the help of the maids

I will get back to you with regards to caterers details to issue the cheque
