Is there a date mismatch here?

On the FAQ page, (FAQs on registration):

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY REGN. IS SUCCESSFUL?

You will receive a confirmation email informing you of the same within a week. You will also know when you pick up the BIB. You then have an option to fill in using a paper form at the BIB pick up location on June 4th 2016, ONLY if there are open slots.

Please note that if we reach 1200 registrations before the deadline, we will close the registration for the event.

WHAT ABOUT ONLINE REGNS. IN THE LAST WEEK?

Online registrations will be closed at 11 PM on 28th May 2017 or when we reach 1200 registrations, whichever is earlier. You can register using a paper form at the BIB pick up locations on 3rd June 2017, ONLY if there are open slots.

Paper form registrations will close at 3 P.M on Saturday, 3rd June 2017.
