Group registrations tracker.

  We have many groups in 'Red', where there is no info on whether they are committing to participation and if so, what's the number. All the committed and paid groups are in 'Green'. Any group that has committed, but not yet paid or finished with the list information is 'Yellow'. 

   Last year, by this time we had finished this process and so, were clear about the number at which we had to stop individual registrations. We closed around this time exactly at aroun 650 individual registrations. But, this year because of the confusion and lack of clear information on the groups we are in limbo. We will hit a dangerous situation if the groups all come back with a big number and individual registrations also cross to a big number, giving us totals beyond 1200. This just shows how when we don't pay attention and are lax, things can get really messy.

    We need to make all the groups in 'Red' to 'Yellow' or delete the rows for the groups if they are not participating by today evening. I will also need the cooperation and volunteering effort from many of you to follow up with the groups and close this at the earliest. Just tell them that today evening is the deadline and we will close group registrations.
