Ananda Yana - Volunteer Assignment

Friends,

Thanks for your overwhelming response to volunteer at Ananda Yana on 3rd June.  Based on the category you had selected for volunteering and also based on the need for different groups, we have done the assignment for each of you to different groups.  Your respective Team Leads will further get in touch with you soon & give you finer details.

Those who had signed up for “Accounts, documentation and reporting” are also assigned to other groups depending upon the need for the race day & some of you will be required to help post event to close out reporting & documenting the event.  Srini Iyer will get in touch with you after the event.

Attached is the list of volunteers with assignment.

We will also have run scheduled for all the volunteers on 2nd June, Saturday along with breakfast.  Please do not miss the same.  You will be given a volunteer bib on this day, which you will need to display on the race day.

A request to all volunteers – please wear RUNNER’S HIGH T-shirt for the event.

Friends... have got mail from few volunteers for change in the assignment - one duplicate, one is traveling & hence not available... hence, some minor changes done now... also, one more runner has volunteered for freebie distribution...

  As of now, there is no plan to print or sell RH T-shirts. Please borrow or if you are willing to print on your own on an old T-shirt, we can pass the design to you.
