Hi George,

 

Requirements from Sneha Care

·         Glasses – 170

·         Tables – 37 (all teams put together)

·         Jugs – 10

·         Chairs – 42 (all teams put together)

·         Serving Spoon – 10

·         Buckets – 17

·         Room – 2 (Baggage counter & Medical Support)

·         Makeshift Bed – 1 no

·         Power Outlet – 1 no

·         Ladies for cleaning plates – 4 nos

·         Help with parking space at Snehacare, Sarvodaya and St. Patrick's

·         Help co-ordinate with Sarvodaya and Snehacare to ensure the gates are open by 5am on event day

·         Inform the Sneha care chapel on parking restrictions on event day

·         Parking for volunteers inside Sneha care

Had a good discussion with a few people at Sneha Dhaan today. Please check the table below for status.

But these are big tables from the dining area and will be more than sufficient for our needs. Chairs not available, ut we can use benches from the dining area. Buckets not available at the moment - will check. Sneha Dhaan has categorically stated that they will not be able to provide people for cleaning the vessels as they find it very exhausting.

We take glasses from Thayi Mane also usually. They will easily give us another 100. Ideally, what we do is - take Thayi mane glasses for the stations close to them. Sneha Care glasses for the other stations. If we still need further more, we have another 70-100 glasses in Ananya.

Buckets - we can again ask in Thayi Mane and/or Ananya.

4 people - should be caterer's
