Dear All,
The calculations as per our discussions in the board are not as communicated to us.
The observations and intimation of figures to the dissolve board are given in red against each.
All these issues need detailed clarifications from the Secretary.
More over Mr. Jameel Khan in discussions with various society members given an additional cost of Rs 100/ to Rs 200/- per sq ft
for completion of society, if no tower is constructed on no profit basis only on Vrinda members.
It is surprising to see such huge burden on members.

In case ESA dues of Vrinda City are not considered the
liabilities will increase to Rs. 32.96 Crores. That will mean Rs. 2.80 Crores
will not be recovered and Rs. 3.95 Crores received earlier will have to be
dealt with as liability.
The interim Committee has also considered the possible demand of enhanced
compensation on land of Rs. 4.85 Crores payable in case of Anand Ashray for
which demand notice has already been received but protested. In such a case
liability will increase to Rs. 38.00 Crores.
The total constructed area of both Vrinda City & Anand Ashray is 10,00,000 Sq Ft. Hence, approximately Rs 400/ Sq
Ft. may become payable which will be fine tuned after all working is done.
Based on above estimates , the Interim Committee has calculated an amount of Rs. 400/- per Sq Ft payable as escalation to complete the above two objectives. In case you have any queries on above please revert back on above mail id. We will answer your queries for further disposal of the issues.

Hi all,
I was also part of that meeting where additional cost to complete the society was coming around 200 Rs/sqft,
that to only from Vrinda city members.
However I think first agenda of ours should be, how to start work in tower “H tower”, so that people in that tower also start
shifting and live like we are living. I don’t think that require Rs 8.3 cr in one go. If we agree on this point, members who has
not given their ESA dues they should start giving, later or early we have to give. As per below figure sent by CCSE office we
have 75 lac Rs. as an asset and that amount should be more than to install lift in H tower.
Once we achieve this target then only we should think of next.

I think that we should also go for any 2nd architectural firm confirmation also for the estimate of balance work (rates & quantity check), we can’t rely on one architect certificate where such a huge amount is involved.
Please also reply the following queries :-
· What action have taken / scope to get back our money ( 5.5 Cr.) which is looted by the prev. office bearers ?
· Where are the Minutes of GBM held on 23rd Feb. 2014.
· Audit Report which is been circulated to all the members. Please go to page no 13 & read point no 4 of the Audit Report where there is stated about some suspense amount of Rs. 14 cr. – Please explain.

I do absolutely agree with the idea of Vijay. We should focus on resuming the work of H-tower. The immediate fund collection to be arranged from:
· ESA collection from rest of the members
· Sale of assets of society
The idea should be to bring all members on the same level and then let members to decide for the pending tasks.
I pray that work in H block be resumed.

We have received a letter regarding the Money to be given in terms of PER SQ FT. Rs. 400 as per the balance work to be completed. There are few question w.r.t. the requirement or the amount for society completion. The previous questions are yet not addressed & no communication is received by the interim board regarding any meeting with the residents & now this letter. There are few more questions regarding the same as mentioned below:1. Where are minutes of GBM ?
2. What is the basis of Rs 400? Can the working of the same will be shared with the members/residents.
3. Why are you not collecting ESA from all members with interest?
4. How can Interim committee take policy decision ?
5. What is time schedule of construction and completion certificate ?
6. What is happening to money embezzled ? By repeated audits departments is trying to protect culprits whosoever it is ? It is observed that he can be party with builder and awas vikas too ? Will a culprits be allowed to rule by Awas Vikas too ?
7. Elections should be held immediately for a new board ?
Most importantly i have again some query regarding this Vikalp letter. I have got an email from the Assistant Secretary Mr. Anil Gupta regarding this letter before you, 2 days before. All the residents must have a watch on the same. The same is again sent by Mr. Shashank Srivastava to Mr. Rajan & Mr. Jamil. I have again one question in my mind as mentioned below:
---- Is Mr. Shashank driving the Interim Board ?
Request Board to answer the same with all the previous queries sent on March 9th 2014.

Dear all,
I had already paid my full amount of ESA year and half back in good faith and sincerity in the interest of H- Tower but now feeling disgusted and humiliated. I paid all my dues of the flat well in time atleast 2 years before the possession of the flat again in good faith and sincerity not knowing future trend of the society and the mgt responsible for such a mess. I have no money now to pay being a retired person living on pension and as such no any dues are outstanding against me. It is painful what is happening right now in the society.
