Please communicate the below mentioned mail to the Chairman Interim Committee Please.

It is to bring in your kind notice that we residents in the Society Vrinda City are very much surprised for the activities going on. There are few points which i as a society member is very much eager to ask from you as you are the one who is appointed as the Chairman of the Interim committee. 

1. We have received an email communication from Mr. Shashank Srivastava regarding the end of duties of Mr. Anil Gupta who was working as an Assistant Secretary. We obeys your decision but have one question that how Mr. Shashank has got the information of the same before the residents. I think you have not made open to the residents. Is Mr. Shashank working in coordination with you?  

2. We have not yet received the Minutes of Meeting of the GBM held on 22 February 2014. It is almost 15 days the meeting has been held. Why the Minutes are not circulated? I has personally spoken with you for the same. This was assured from your side that the same will be circulated very soon. We have got the raw footage of the Meeting which contains all the information regarding the GBM. It is requested you to please make the minutes according to the GBM. There are certain communication in the society that the minutes are been tampered. I don't think this is true as you are the government bodies currently regulating the society & you will be fair to the same.

3. We have copy of minutes of understanding with Mr Shashank Srivastva which was held on 22 December 2013. It was decided by the last board members about some mutual understanding between the society & Mr. Shashank Srivastava. Lot of members have a query which we request you to answer because last Board has been dissolved by you.

         a. The agreement done  on 22 December 2013 with Mr. Shashank has some legality.

         b. Can few members of Society so called the board members can make such decisions without consent of             the residents.  

        

         c. There are certain points regarding the frauds happened previously as stated in the previous Minutes                which clearly shows that there is some problems happened in the society. Most of the Members are                new in the society & do not know about the reality. Some legal cases are also operational which                    we don't know up to what level are they. So in this scenario is it right to relieve or have some                    agreements as done on 22 December 2013 & end these big liability towards society ? Few people can              not decide such a major liability issue .

4. The maintenance of the society is in a very bad shape. There is no one to look after the maintenance issues of the society. There are a lot of problems going on in the society which we don't know to whom the same are to be addressed. We think that we should start communicating the issues to you so that some decisions are done on the same.

It is requested from you to fix up a meeting within the society & communicate to the society residents about the further developments.

 

I am attaching you the latest communication by Mr. Shashank Srivastava for Mr. Anil gupta termination & the Minutes of the agreement on 22 December 2014 by the Board Members & Mr. Shashank. 

These are certain points which i wants as the member needs to highlight to you, if there are some more points to add then please add the same.

Hence Mr Anil Gupta is discharged from his duties w.e.f. 8th March 2014.

We have received a letter regarding the Money to be given in terms of PER SQ FT. Rs. 400 as per the balance work to be completed. There are few question w.r.t. the requirement or the amount for society completion. The previous questions are yet not addressed & no communication is received by the interim board regarding any meeting with the residents & now this letter. There are few more questions regarding the same as mentioned below:

1. Where are minutes of GBM ?
2. What is the basis of Rs 400? Can the working of the same will be shared with the members/residents.
3. Why are you not collecting ESA from all members with interest?
4. How can Interim committee take policy decision ?
5. What is time schedule of construction and completion certificate ?
6. What is happening to money embezzled ? By repeated audits departments is trying to protect culprits whosoever it is ? It is observed that he can be party with builder and awas vikas too ? Will a culprits be allowed to rule by Awas Vikas too ?
7. Elections should be held immediately for a new board ?

Most importantly i have again some query regarding this Vikalp letter. I have got an email from the Assistant Secretary Mr. Anil Gupta regarding this letter before you, 2 days before. All the residents must have a watch on the same. The same is again sent by Mr. Shashank Srivastava to Mr. Rajan & Mr. Jamil. I have again one question in my mind as mentioned below:

 ---- Is Mr. Shashank driving the Interim Board ?

Request Board to answer the same with all the previous queries sent on March 9th 2014.

Can we get a loan for the extra amount that is being asked....... Rs 400 psf is a lot of money?

What and how will the land be used if we appoint a builder to construct and sell extra area?

You cannot believe some people are looting the residents & damaging the Society. I am sharing some points regarding the Audit Report which is been circulated to all the members. I am pretty sure no body has read the Audit Report as the same was in Hindi. 

Please go to page no 13 & read point no 4 of the Audit Report where there is stated about some suspense amount of Rs. 14 cr. We all want to know regarding the same.

The calculations as per our discussions in the board are not as communicated to us.

The observations and intimation of figures to the dissolve board are given in red against each.

All these issues need detailed clarifications from the Secretary.

More over Mr. Jameel Khan in discussions with various society members given an additional cost of Rs 100/ to Rs 200/- per sq ft

for completion of society, if no tower is constructed on no profit basis only on Vrinda members.

It is surprising to see such huge burden on members.

Yesterday we had sent a letter informing the members about options being considered for completion of Vrinda City and settlement of pending liabilities of the society on account of both the projects. It desired the members to give an option of few alternatives.

Many members have reverted asking the basis of calculation of demand of Rs. 400 /- per sq Ft. I have been authorized by Shri S.P. Singh , Chairman to give you the details which are as follows :-

In case ESA dues of Vrinda City are not considered the liabilities will increase to Rs. 32.96 Crores. That will mean Rs. 2.80 Crores will not be recovered and Rs. 3.95 Crores received earlier will have to be dealt with as liability.
The interim Committee has also considered the possible demand of enhanced compensation on land of Rs. 4.85 Crores payable in case of Anand Ashray for which demand notice has already been received but protested. In such a case liability will increase to Rs. 38.00 Crores.
The total constructed area of both Vrinda City & Anand Ashray is 10,00,000 Sq Ft. Hence, approximately Rs 400/ Sq Ft. may become payable which will be fine tuned after all working is done.

Based on above estimates , the Interim Committee has calculated an amount of Rs. 400/- per Sq Ft payable as escalation to complete the above two objectives. In case you have any queries on above please revert back on above mail id. We will answer your queries for further disposal of the issues.

Hi all,

 

I was also part of that meeting where additional cost to complete the society was coming around 200 Rs/sqft,

that to only from Vrinda city members.

 

However I think first agenda of ours should be, how to start work in tower “H tower”, so that people in that tower also start

shifting and live like we are living. I don’t think that require Rs 8.3 cr in one go. If we agree on this point, members who has

not given their ESA dues they should start giving, later or early we have to give. As per below figure sent by CCSE office we

have 75 lac Rs. as an asset and that amount should be more than to install lift in H tower.

 

Once we achieve this target then only we should think of next.

Dear Mr. Rajan, 

I completely agree with Mr. Farhan lets go for 2nd architectural firm confirmation for the balance work & should involve &  have consensus from H Tower Members. This will be a great idea to be transparent. As stated by Col. Subodh that there is some conflicts. The measurement & the details were done when the last board was active. They should know better than the interim Board. 

There are so many questions to be answered by the Interim Board as explained by Col. Subodh in the trail mail. 

No interaction by the current interim board is creating misunderstandings. Again some important question :

1. What is the role & responsibility of Board?

2. What is the role & responsibility of Secretary?

3. What is the role & responsibility of Interim committee?

As it is written clearly of the appointment of the intreim committee circular that the board will help the society to get a new board & will look into day to day operational issues. It is not written that they can take the policy decisions too.

Good day All

 

I am the owner of apartment E 1204 . I am based abroad and come to India for a few days once a year. The tenant of my apartment has moved out and I wish to rent it to a new tenant.

I have discussed the same with Mr Rajan garg but I have been advised that as per committee guidelines till the ESA dues are cleared the apartment cannot be rented. I have clarified that I am willing to pay the ESA or whatever dues are required once a final figure is arrived at. Due to present scenario of uncertainty payment of any money to anyone does not hold good.

Meanwhile why should society members suffer for this uncertainty. I appreciate the good work being done by various people in interest of  society but there is no bonafide logic in not putting a society members apartment on rent. 

All the maintenance dues are clear, only the ESA is pending which I shall pay once a final bonafide settlement by an approved and authorized body is done.

I request that the rental committee find a decent tenant for my apartment.

Till now it is ILL LEGAL Recovery by the the Society under the umbrella of the then NAABALIG BOARD. I think u have talked to Rajan long back. Please discuss with him now in new era. No one can stop giving your Flat on RENT for want of ILL LEGAL demand.

Also ask them How A-303 in which Ex official Mr Anil Gupta resides went on Rent without paying ESA.

Dear Members,

Please be aware that this VIKALP of Rs 400/- per sq ft is well thought
plan to create the panic among the members so that we all agree for
the extra construction.

Being in the system for quite some time I have few observations in
mind which you all will understand and agree as well:

a) Once the amount of Rs 400/- per sq ft is decided but how much extra
construction will be needed to meet this deficit is not mentioned.

b) Purposely the deficit figures are highly inflated. I have pointed
out this in my previous mail also.

c) Such decision can be taken only by the GBM when all the facts of
deficit are clearly made available to the members.

d) Further to this it is learned that Ex- officials so called well
wishers (we all know them ) of the society who have brought us to this
situation are advising the interim committee and thereafter all these
issues are being raised by Interim Committee. In my opinion existing
Interim Committee is quite responsible and surely they will delink
such people from society's affairs so that further damage of any kind
is avoided.

At this moment I am finding only one solution that we should pay the
balance ESA within stipulated time so that tower ‘H’ becomes livable.
Once all the members of society are at par then we should hold the GBM
with exact figure of deficit so that further decision can be taken
accordingly.

Past few months we had seen so many communications from various gentlemen.

Though everybody is concern about the same issue that is prosperity of VRINDA city for better living.

"aao ek khoosoorat jahan banaaye" a beautiful tag line made by our founder members at the time of launching this very awesome project and We were feeling proud to be a part of it, but an over excitement of our past office bearer made this dream project a blurred/shabby to many of our fellows who have paid their hard earned money and are still away from this city.

Our sympathy is always with them and now the time has come to think for those our own fellows and bring some smile on their faces.

We must go with some solution offered by interim committee and some constructive mind ppl who are working for this society in recent past.

We must join hand and hand to make our own city livable for all member including H-Tower.

Rest issues will be definitely settled and all culprits shall be treated as per law in the due course of time.

H-tower brothers are the most sufferer and now they should be given all due care on top priority, ESA to be paid for them at least.

Once all get accommodated in the Vrinda City then we will start cleaning in the society.

I had already paid my full amount of ESA year and half back in good faith and sincerity in the interest of H- Tower but now feeling disgusted and humiliated. I paid all my dues of the flat well in time atleast 2 years before the possession of the flat again in good faith and sincerity not knowing future trend of the society and the mgt responsible for such a mess. I have no money now to pay being a retired person living on pension and as such no any dues are outstanding against me. It is painful what is happening right now in the society.

I will like to mention the same as i have written in my previous mail too that the same has been drived by only 3 people.

NO NEED TO FIGHT AND PLAY BLAME GAMES. SOME PEOPLE ARE TAKING BENEFIT OF THIS. OPEN YOUR MINDS.

Most importantly i have again some query regarding this Vikalp letter. I have got an email from the Assistant Secretary Mr. Anil Gupta regarding this letter before you, 2 days before. All the residents must have a watch on the same. The same is again sent by Mr. Shashank Srivastava to Mr. Rajan & Mr. Jamil. I have again one question in my mind as mentioned below:
