Abhishek Sinha resident of Gangotri 917 is cheat, dishonest and character less fellow. Request RWA immediate legal action against him.

Dear JP Rajput Jee and RWA office bearers,

Greetings of the day!.

I am writing to you all to inform you that I have been interacting with Abhishek Sinha for the last 18 months approximately. I have noticed that this person does not have moral values, completely deprived of integrity, honesty, basically he is a liar, dishonest, cheat and characterless person.

 Mr Abhishek Sinha's  Family (currently residing in Gangotri 917) were tenants in my Gangotri Flat Number 611. He owes me Rs 10500 dues since July 2022. Please take necessary action to get him to clear my dues.Also initiate legal action against him and let him vacate the flat in society to avoid any future nuisances created by him.

In the beginning when he was looking for a flat in anadashray society to rent, he pretended that his salary was credited late and asked me to deposit Rent INR 10500 on the 10th day of the month for a few  3 or 4 months of letting out the flat. I have indicated that I am interested in selling my flat as I am settled in Hyderabad.  He pretended to buy my flat even though he had no capacity to buy a flat in Anand Ashray society.  

My mistake was I trusted him because of his witty promises. I considered him a gentle man and treated him as a family member. After that 2 months I started getting bad feedback about  Abhishek Sinha from Anadashray residents of manipulation of numbers / numerical figures in the Society's accounts. I also got feedback that he has not paid rent of previous landlords of upto six months where he lived before in Anand Ashray Society flat owners..

He has not paid me one month rent which is pending since last July, 2022. I have been following up with him for the last 8 months. I have given him 2 months notice asking his convenience when he will be comfortable vacating the flat. This was on verbal grounds as I was selling my flat Gangotri 611 to Shri Prem Prakash advocate.

He promised to pay one month rent INR 10500 as he has not paid and was due and I am following up but he keeps making wrong promises. You can go through the entire email chain attached as a forward message in this email itself .  In an email response he confirmed himself as cheat, dishonest and of loose character in his own response.

In anticipation of supportive and  collaborative action by you all office bearers and residents community.

Please note: I have also served Anadashray Society in RWA as Treasurer over 3 years during 2007-2011.

I believe that I always tried to help you and supported you in all circumstances to the best of my abilities.

You never expressed any concern about selling my flat. I gave you 2 months heads up or notice before vacating the house.

You were not able to tell me till when you want to stay even though I told you I will take care of your convenient date when it is ok with  you to vacate.
I was only bound to give you one month's notice but I told you 2 months in advance.

I have received late rent because you had financial problems all the time. I will be happy to talk to you if you have any questions in your mind.
