It is obligatory that all members of the society, particularly those not residing within their flats and have given flats on rent or lying vacant, be given at least 30 days notice before GBM.

It is preferable to inform via email at least 45 days ahead of the planned GBM date, as they might need to plan ahead during Covid19 restrictions in place by the govt. Also, some members need to travel quite a distance in reaching Greater Noida from other cities and states.

Earlier a courier with invitation to GBM used to be sent, but over the last many years that practice has been discontinued. It is not expected to receive the same again, as we have not received now, however, it is your discretion.
