Resolution for formation of RWA

[Vrinda City]

Dear Members Vrinda City,

Greetings from Active Group of Vrinda City Volunteers.

For last many months you must have been witnessing the spate of activity in Vrinda City. Our stakes in Vrinda City are at peril. Now the Govt appointed body, Called Interim Committee is committing acts which are against the interests of large body of members.

Mr Rajan Garg, Secretary has been suspended for reasons / grounds which do not match the facts on ground & record. Mr Garg has apprised us that he has been trying for release of payments from maintenance funds for over a fortnight, but the approval was not forthcoming. In the last , there is conspiracy to Suspend him.

As we witnessed heavy autocratic attitude by Interim Committee for Use of our own funds. Fight by Mr Garg against the anti-society actions of Interim committee cost him his position.

To bail out ourselves from this critical situation, it has been decided by members in general to form an independent RWA of members.

Enclosed please find resolutions signed by many members in this regard.
