Very good surprise to sender !!! Who has signed as 2nd Signatory on those Cheques which were MISUSED ??? Member must also think.

Sir,

Please communicate the below mentioned mail to the Chairman Interim Committee Please.

It is to bring in your kind notice that we residents in the Society Vrinda City are very much surprised for the activities going on. There are few points which i as a society member is very much eager to ask from you as you are the one who is appointed as the Chairman of the Interim committee.

1. We have received an email communication from Mr. Shashank Srivastava regarding the end of duties of Mr. Anil Gupta who was working as an Assistant Secretary. We obeys your decision but have one question that how Mr. Shashank has got the information of the same before the residents. I think you have not made open to the residents. Is Mr. Shashank working in coordination with you?

2. We have not yet received the Minutes of Meeting of the GBM held on 22 February 2014. It is almost 15 days the meeting has been held. Why the Minutes are not circulated? I has personally spoken with you for the same. This was assured from your side that the same will be circulated very soon. We have got the raw footage of the Meeting which contains all the information regarding the GBM. It is requested you to please make the minutes according to the GBM. There are certain communication in the society that the minutes are been tampered. I don't think this is true as you are the government bodies currently regulating the society & you will be fair to the same.

3. We have copy of minutes of understanding with Mr Shashank Srivastva which was held on 22 December 2013. It was decided by the last board members about some mutual understanding between the society & Mr. Shashank Srivastava. Lot of members have a query which we request you to answer because last Board has been dissolved by you.

a. The agreement done  on 22 December 2013 with Mr. Shashank has some legality.

b. Can few members of Society so called the board members can make such decisions without consent of the residents.


c. There are certain points regarding the frauds happened previously as stated in the previous Minutes which clearly shows that there is some problems happened in the society. Most of the Members are new in the society & do not know about the reality. Some legal cases are also operational which we don't know up to what level are they. So in this scenario is it right to relieve or have some agreements as done on 22 December 2013 & end these big liability towards society ? Few people can not decide such a major liability issue .

4. The maintenance of the society is in a very bad shape. There is no one to look after the maintenance issues of the society. There are a lot of problems going on in the society which we don't know to whom the same are to be addressed. We think that we should start communicating the issues to you so that some decisions are done on the same.

It is requested from you to fix up a meeting within the society & communicate to the society residents about the further developments.

I am attaching you the latest communication by Mr. Shashank Srivastava for Mr. Anil gupta termination & the Minutes of the agreement on 22 December 2014 by the Board Members & Mr. Shashank.

These are certain points which i wants as the member needs to highlight to you, if there are some more points to add then please add the same.

Everybody is hereby informed that as the Appointment of Mr Anil Gupta on the post of Assistant Secretary by the then NAABALIG BOARD & its highly professional Secretary Rajan Garg (world renowned Chartered accountant & Company Secretary) has been declared against the provisions laid down in UP Cooperative Act by UP Awas Evam Vikas Parisad Lucknow.

Hence Mr Anil Gupta is discharged from his duties w.e.f. 8th March 2014.
