Dear RWA Team,

Ref . : G518 - REMINDER

We are getting reminders for the 5000/- penalty imposed on delay maintenance during COVID19 ( FY 2020). As we have not received any call / email for the payment and we are not in town or in society. Also as per the notification of govt. that during COVID lockdown need to be flexible to get only principal amount nor interest on delays.

Once we had a joint phone call with Mr. Sharma ( President in 2020) along with his team to deposit one time full and final payment so that we will process the same and wave off your 5000/- .

My request to the RWA present team : -

Have you received any communication while handover from RWA , request to please check and process the wave off so that we will not get such unwanted reminders of overdue which is not in our practice. Looking for your immediate support please .

Dear Sir,

Refer to my trailing emails & subsequent phones to RWA office regarding some outstanding showing on G518 Flat during COVID-19 maintenance, which was not correct as its decided to get one go payment and amount also shared to me by RWA team at that time FY 2021-22.

My Gentle Reminder to get my account statement correct because such unwanted reminders give us mental tension which is not good for my health , it was decided at the time of COVID-19 that no penalty will be charges also ,

My request to please go through the statement we are getting from RWA showing dues of 2021-22 in your account which is not correct and my request to please write off the same and share the confirmation .
