Hello everyone - this is a Novedea Service Announcement so listen up very carefully.
Our Interview Prep process has been revamped. Not only is there new curriculum, but there is a new process. FROM THIS DAY FORWARD, if you are going to be involved in the Interview Pep process, it will be a FULL COMMITTMENT. Similar to the class, students will be required to attend sessions twice a week. If you are in class, then you are already committed twice a week, but once your class is complete, the same rules will apply to you.
Anand Dasari - will be the Full Time Interview Prep Instructor. His times are as follows.
Richardson - Tuesday 6:30- 9pm Saturday 2:30pm - 6pm
Irving - Wed 6:30-9pm
Irving students will be asked to come to Richardson for Saturday classes.
When is Interview Prep over? When you get placed. That's right. You will keep going until you are placed. Our goal is to get everyone placed in less than 6 months. That's 3 months of class and less than 3 months of Interview Prep. You could get placed in 4 months, but that depends on your work ethic. Slackers will be booted. No half stepping. These class times will be just as consistent as the class was. If you are coming in twice a week for Interview Prep and keeping up with your assignments, there should be no reason after 3 month, you are still not placed. No Reason At All.
Students will be required to schedule all Appointments in the CRM and classes will be split up into groups that are on the same Interview Prep Phases.
This is a time for all of you that have phased out of the process to come back and finish this thing up. You finished the class, so there's no reason why you should be able to finish Interview Prep with a job.
If there are any questions - feel free to contact me. The only way you fail is to quit. Stick with the program, and everyday you increase your chances for the prosporus career you desire.
