Novedea - Why you should come back

Novedea is on path to do great things in 2014.  It's attributed to our hard work and never quitting mentality.  It's been a while since you took the class and nothing much has materialized at your job since then, so read this email as I explain the new developments at Novedea.

Video's for every class -  Remember the warm and fuzzy feeling you had leaving my class thinking, "I can actually do this".  Then you go home and realize you forgot most of what I said.  Well now we have videos for every class.  That means you can pause me - rewind me - fast fwd me and tell me to shut up any time you want as we navigate through SQL & SSRS.  You can also do all of those things to Samir as he teaches SSIS.  

New and Improved Interview Prep Process - We have created a path to success called IPBC (Interview Prep Boot Camp).  It is a series of assignments designed to get you ready to crack an interview on the 1st try.  Each assignment will be personally reviewed and scored by an instructor.  It is self paced.  Once you successfully complete the course, our Sales Rep will send your resume to every company in the DFW until you get a job.  All you have to do is work on IPBC.

Video Player - We have now integrated a Video Player in the CRM. Things this video player will allow you to do...

     1. Record videos (by use of Web Cam) for Interview Questions and have them critiqued by instructors and students.

     2.  Watch others 1st - Before filming your video, watch other students and instructors videos to see exactly how to answer the question.

     3.  Rate and Comment - All videos are able to be rated and commented.  These comments will help you fine tune your answers.  Rating the videos will separate the great videos from the average videos.  Once you look at a few of the top videos, you will know exactly how to answer the question, thus making your process less challenging than previous efforts.

Basically, we've outlined a road map to success and it is up to you to take advantage of it.  It will be challenging, but it doesn't get any easier than this guys.

Free Future Training - Once you are able to secure your 1st job through Novedea, you are entered into the family.  As part of the family we will...

     1.  Mentor-ship - Getting the job is one thing.  To survive, it is good to have someone you can always turn to for help.  Novedea has a community of Professionals ready to help at a moments notice to ensure you excel in your career.

     2.  Ensure you always have a job - Before your assignment ends, we will be submitting your updated resume to get you back working as soon as possible.

     3.  FREE Training - Feel free to enroll in more training.  Stay on the cutting edge of the market by learning the tools that are hot on the market.  Currently we have QlikView and Big Data Training. More skills = more money.

     4.  Accelerated Career Path - Our goal is to get you to an architect level earning a 6 figure salary within 1 - 2 years.  If you are committed, then we will get you there.

We have the tools you need to succeed, but it requires your hard work and dedication to make it happen.  We have created the easiest path to success currently on the market.  It took me 8 years to make what some of our candidates are making after 6-12 months.  I am thankful to be a part of this awesome program and you should be thankful for the opportunity.  If not for yourself, do it for your family who deserves a better life and future.  Everyone is entitled to the American Dream, but not many are willing to work for it.
