Congrats - Raj - Architect

Rajneesh was in June Batch of 2012.  He went through the training and secured a position through Novedea.  When he got his job, he would come to the school for help just like anyone else, but once he got comfortable with his position, he started coming to the office for more training.  He said he was willing to do whatever it takes to take his game to the next level.  He is also currently attending my QlikView class and recently got certified.  He found out his contract was ending 2 weeks ago.  Within 2 weeks Novedea found him another position as a Database Architect.  He has become an Architect in less than 1.5 years with Novedea.  Why stop at your first job when you can continue to learn from people already in high positions.  It's less competition at the top. Congratulations to Raj for staying hungry and not settling with the 1st piece of success.
