This just happened to me this morning. No sleep results, fitbit logo showing on watch, won't synch. I'm hoping a resolution comes to us soon!! I just bought this version 2 years ago ' RIDICULOUS if have to buy new every 2 years.
Same things happen to me last Thursday.. I've tried everything the fitbit mod said to me. I tried the thing you wrote here and maybe i do it wrong but it is very difficult to do and follow. Nothing works I'm not angry but enraged about the fitbit company because i love the fitbit bracelet and all BUT they keep crashing. Last years i git a issue with my versa 2 that i had over 2 years and they gave me discount for a another one so i got the versa 3. This means i got this one for 1 and a half year only. I don't want a little discount i want a refound!
Na um diese Aufzeichnungen geht es mir nicht, das habe ich noch nicht probiert. Mir geht's um meine täglichen Einheiten im Gym. Also wenn ich Kraftsport oder Laufband aufzeichne.... Bin davon ausgegangen, dass diese Aktivitäten mittlerweile auch zu Strava übertragen werden können. Wie gesagt, anderenfalls hätt ich mich ja gar nicht wieder für fitbit entschieden
Ray, your in-depth reviews always shame other online reviews for fitness products. I have a love-hate relationship with fitbit. I own an original Versa and even had a premium subscription for a time. The latest firmware update essentially bricked my device so that the only use it is to me is as a silent alarm clock. I further learned first hand about the legendary poor quality of customer service the company offer against their out of warranty devices. All I wanted was for them to back me out of the update but they have no way of doing that apparently, which boggles my mind.
Definitely not alone on the heart rate! Apple watch and Garmin read my heart rate 30-40 beats higher than the fitbit. Ill be being next to the road and my fitbit versa 3 shows 120-130bpm.
I had a charge 3 and that thing was very accurate. Not sure what they did to the sensors to screw them up but Im selling my fitbit and pulling the money for an apple watch.
