Greetings, prof. If i have to apply PCA on eeg data, should i apply it on individual subjects such as pca on one subject, then on 2nd and so on?
Or should i apply it on all subjects at the same time

I generally prefer doing all analyses first at the single-subject level, because that accounts for possible differences in individual anatomy, electrode cap placement, etc. Doing a PCA over all subjects could also work, and would capture the main consistencies over subjects.
