I'm pleased to share news of Pratyay Raha's current exhibition Future Sonic Ecologies, which is on at First Site Gallery, RMIT University. Pratyay is currently an an4aa postgraduate committee representative, and a valued member of an4aa's organising group.

The exhibition Future Sonic Ecologies presents Pratyay's PhD research (RMIT) and sound-based works emerging from mangrove ecologies across India and Australia. Through field recordings, compositions and visual material, the project explores ecological entanglements, interspecies presence, and the politics of listening in vulnerable coastal environments.

The opening celebration will take place on 25th February at 5:00 PM at First Site Gallery. It runs until 20 March, open Tuesday to Friday, 11 am to 5 pm.
