Asalaamu Alaikum Brothers and Sisters,
I would like to personally thank all those of you who have donated to The Risala Institute over the past week.  During a time of extreme financial difficulty, it has been very touching and motivating to see the community from all over the country, as well as abroad, come together and donate to this worthy cause in such a great magnitude.  So far, we have raised enough money to keep the school open for at least the remainder of the school year, InshaAllah.  Currently, we are still raising additional funds in order to be able to be attain long-term financial stability, so that we may continue to serve the community without finding ourselves back in this position again, InshaAllah.  Therefore, if you have not contributed yet, or are able to contribute more, you may do so via the website: www.risalainstitute.com or by mailing checks to 675 Village Square Dr., Stone Mountain, GA 30083.

Also in this effort, several Muslim artists have come together to put on a benefit concert for Risala, which will be held at Undergroung Atlanta on March 20th.  All are invited, and if you are not able to physically be there, you will be able to view it via live broadcast at www.thelotetree.org .  At this event, we will announce the grand total raised, InshaAllah.
Tickets: $15
Students: $10
Children under 12: $5

Please continue to support the movement to make quality Islamic Education affordable and accessible to underserved communities!

Jazakullah Khair,
Atiba Saleem Jones
