f you are selling something, bring it to the Saturday, October 3, 2009 combined Community Bazaar, Health, Housing and Youth Program Fair. Directions on the attached flyer.
If you are a Musician, Singer, African Drummer or have children who you believe can provide entertainment or you are a poet, bring it - you have the open mic. Just RSVP your name or your group's name and the time between 1:00pm - 4:00pm. The earlier the better between these hours. Arrangements will be from 1st come, 1st to entertain. I would like to build the hype to those in attendance.
Both Muslim and Non-Muslim will be there. Several major businesses with info. tables, who may extend an invitation for you to participate in their upcoming events.
A really, really nice "affordable housing apt. complex" will be at this event, advertising their vacancies. TRUST ME I HAVE SEEN THIS PLACE AND IT IS LITERALLY NEXT DOOR TO A BRAND NEW BUILT YMCA - FABULOUS!!!!
So, if you and others are looking for rental housing, definitely come.
If you want information about Home Buying definitely come. Agencies that have funding for down payment assistance will be there.

Instructions for: Saturday, October 3, 2009 Community Bazaar & Health /Housing/Youth Program Fair Presenters:
A) Prepare at least 300 pieces of literature and if possible staple your business cards to the front.
B) Bring your own tables & chairs. If you can donate $10.00 dollars donation per table to the Youth Center whose property is hosting this Community Bazaar & Health/Housing/Youth Program Fair, the $10.00 dollars is a fundraiser toward their $1000K light bill. The Youth Center provides FREE tutorial/programs to at-risk youth year round. Receipts are given. If this is a problem, please inform. We still want you there.
C) Plan to stay at least from noon to 4:00pm (Until 6:00pm – If there is a large demand).
D) There will be something for all ages: from 1 year olds to senior citizens. FREE Arts & Crafts for children, the inflatable combo bouncer/climbers) for young children. Food, Music, and much more. The new Carver YMCA, Boys & Girls Club, P.A.L. and Youth Sports to name a few will be there., Grady will sponsor Breast Cancer Info., and encourage appts. on site to name a few. Bid Wiz/Spades/Chess Tables. MUCH MUCH MORE. YOU CAN BRING YOUR FAMILIES.
