First of all, stop asking "how can I earn more money". You are going to earn the ire of all the long-time players on the Discord and Facebook, and only give others more firepower to say "Look the new player experience is terrible and this is a pay-to-win game".

But this is not a "pay-to-win" game, and this is not what the "new player experience" is meant to be. FCO was not built in a day, and neither will your airport be. This is a realistic strategy simulation game. This is not an idle game where you get to do little things and expect free money to drop from the sky. Even if you pay real cash, while you can accelerate some aspects of the game, you cannot skip those aspects, and they do nothing to allow you to reach the "end-game" if your game understanding is not there.

The new player experience is about trying to get you up to speed with the game mechanics. Before you can even talk about earning money, you need to make sure you can understand the game. Its like the saying, "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime." Without any understanding of the game, you are not going to be able to learn how to earn the in-game currencies and XP, and no matter how much money you spend on this game just to get some short-term advantage on in-game currencies, you will not be able to survive the long run.

When starting out, the game developers specifically prepare lots of in-game tutorial packages so that you can get to understand your airport better. Please do not skip them. You will learn about the various features of this airport, such as the check-in and security services how you have to deal with both your Pax Needs and your airline needs (through having better Track Record grades), as well as how you should manage having less General Aviation while maintain good Scheduling. In particular, you can rely on the starting airlines, namely Glck Airlines and Fast Travel, to have the patience to deal with all your starting mistakes and let you explore the game mechanics on your own. While they pay little, they have very little demands as well, and that should help you settle in to this tough business of managing your airport. It is very important to make sure your pax and airlines are 100% satisfied.

Spend the first few levels focusing on trying to complete the starting airlines. By complete, we usually mean 1000 relationship and max airline pass. The starting airlines contain quite some rewards in their airline pass, and completing the airlines would give you enough premium currency to progress. You may consider opening Air Odsseia if you are almost done with these two airlines, and also start working on the Medium Haul Checklist after you are done with those two airlines and are moving on to Prosperity Lines, Pop, and/or Outback (please just pick 2 including Prosperity).

First of all, the official support discord is a good place to start things out. There are lots of long-time players who have loads of experience and are willing to give advice to help you start off a good journey. Some of them are volunteers who volunteered to be part of the Information Desk (the yellow role), including yours truly. Within the pins contains lots of additional tips that would definitely help your game experience.

Secondly, there are lots of information found on this Fandom. Maintained by the Community for the Community, there are lots of frequently asked questions that are being answered around. There are also lots of links around that you can click (including in the paragraphs above!) linking to pages that describe some of the game mechanics. Those are good places to start.

The game is not your usual idle game. You cannot and should not expect your airport to grow quickly. There is no need to pay any real money, not watch advertisements for the sake of progression. If you want to progress faster, than optimise your operations. While I may not say I started off in the most optimised way, I definitely tried lots of ways to make things smoother and that was what helped me achieve Level 30 quickly.
