I just downloaded the update with mobile data on my S22 ultra so it can be done, contrary to your wifi only stance. However I can not get my daughter's s22 plus to download the update without wifi, which is why I was on this forum in the first place.
Mee too. And the frequent "agree to our updated policies" SPAM is why my entire family will no longer buy another Samasung phone. The company is just too disconnected from the user experience. Goodbye SamStung.
Go to settings, in the search Barr type app update, click on galaxy system app update, then click on galaxy system app update. U will then see an option to turn off WiFi only updates. Restart your phone and your good to go. Took me ages to find this solution.
I won't be using Samsung for a long time. My experience with note 20 ultra 5g is very bad. The phone battery do not last and it's not adaptable with basic phone accessories like power banks and power cords. I'll like to try the iPhone.
i had note 2 working for just 2 1/2 years and suddenly it turned off, this is the problem with samsung. now my samsung m52 did had vertical green line from nowhere while using it. what is this issue? Samsung will never solve it and always ask to replace. i have iphone 7 with so many scratches and falls and still working fine without hassle.
I'm using Note 20 Ultra. Yesterday while using it, suddenly a green line came on the mobile screen. However, there is no accidental record of my phone. A few days back I updated my mobile's software. Once I contacted the Samsung Call centre in Bangladesh, They advised me to visit Samsung Customer Care. I visited. The customer manager advised me to change the display. And the cost is around 40,000 BDT (400 USD). This is not my problem. This is Samsung-created problem. So, why do I pay for this?? I think we customers should boldly complain to Samsung to take care of this issue otherwise we should stop using Samsung flagship mobile. Please advice your opinions. Thansk

I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra running the latest Android 13 OS. I need to export dozens of conversions from my Samsung phone to Windows 10 computer. I can directly access the photos when I connect the phone to Windows 10 via USB cable but there is no way to find the messages.
First things first, if you have the 'Samsung Smart Switch' software on your computer, that might help. You can back up your S23 Ultra using the software, and while you can't directly read the messages from the backup, there are tools online that let you extract and view them. Bit roundabout, but hey, it works!
TunesBro DroidGeeker - Here's another great thing I've been using at the moment. It's a paid tool but does the job smoothly, allowing you to view and save your messages directly to your PC.
If you've just got a few really important threads to save, go to the message thread on your phone, tap the 3-dot menu, and select 'Save as file' or something similar (might vary depending on the Android version). Then, just email that file to yourself and open it on your PC. It's a bit manual, especially if you've got tons of messages, but works in a pinch!
