I recently found and purchased a small promo clock for BTTF2 at a local used bookstore. I don't see it among your collection, and I'm having a hard time finding one anywhere online. It's not as nice as yours, but appears to be rare. It has logos for Videoworks and Waxworks. I'm not interested in selling, but I'd like to know more and I can provide pics if there's any information you have on it.

In most cases, upgrade pricing is printed on your daily admission ticket. From time to time, we may also offer special upgrade promotions, which will be communicated inside the park. Any upgrades must be done on the same day of your visit, before you leave the park.

A $15 replacement fee is charged to replace a lost Season Pass, Blazer Pass, and Pre-K Kid's Pass. Stolen season passes are replaced at no charge with a valid police report. In the event you have misplaced your season pass, Guest Services can validate your season pass and allow you entrance for that day.

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover with a valid ID. Cards are subject to confirmation authorization of the person presenting it for use. Debit cards are accepted if they are backed by a major credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and with valid photo ID.

Discounted Season Passes and daily admission tickets are available at many ITT Offices at military bases throughout our region. Please contact your local office for details.

Discounted admission for military members and their dependents is available for purchase on park.

General concert admission allows admittance into the the General Admission Area of the All-Star Amphitheater, a large open area behind the reserved seat area. Guests can stand, bring their own chairs or rent chairs to enjoy the concert in this area.

All efforts are made to ensure that the show will continue as long as it is safe for our guests and the performers. In the rare event that a show is cancelled, all efforts will be made to reschedule or offer refunds.

We allow 1 sealed bottle of water per person in the park. Water fountains are available around the park. Bottled water may be purchased at vending machines, food locations and most gift shops.

No hardsided and/or large coolers are allowed inside the park.

No outside food or drink may be brought into the park, aside from baby food. Restaurants and concessions are available throughout the park with a variety of food and beverage options. We understand that our guests may have special dietary needs based on health or religion and provide picnic tables in the parking lot area to accommodate those who wish to bring and enjoy their own meals.

No large coolers are allowed inside the park.

All locations accept cash and most of our locations will accept credit cards or debit cards backed by a major credit card (Visa or MasterCard) with a valid photo ID. Checks are not accepted for food purchases.

No, we do not feature any lodging options on park property but we do partner with several hotels in the area who often offer special admission/lodging packages for Wild Adventures guests. Please visit our Places to Stay page for more details.

Yes, we have manual wheelchairs for $20 and electric scooters with a sunshade for $75. Rates are per day and taxable. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis at Expedition Market at the front of the park.

Wild Adventures Splash Island reserves the right to require additional or different attire when and where deemed appropriate and refuse admission or attraction participation to anyone not properly attired. Refusal to comply with the dress code or posted rider safety requirements may result in ejection from the property.

Depending on the severity of the weather, rides will be shut down accordingly and reopened as soon as safely possible. Rain shelter can be found inside our restaurants and shops and under our picnic tents.

Yes, we offer kennels free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. The kennels come in all sizes and are air conditioned but not staffed. To use our kennels, you will need to check in your pet at our Guest Services office, and bring a lock. If you do not have a lock of your own, we will provide you with one for a $5 refundable deposit.

You are expected to provide your own food, bowls, toys, etc for your pet, and to clean up after them. You are responsible for walking, feeding, and checking in on them, which you can do so at any time.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and organizational checks. No personal checks are accepted. Payment must be in one transaction for all the tickets; multiple individual payments are limited as we can make up to 3 split payments.

All reservations are non-refundable, except that refunds are allowed for reservations made 7 days (168 hours) or more prior to departure and provided that a refund request is made within 24 hours of initial reservation.

Changes or cancellations made to itineraries after the 24 hours will be subject to change fees, and any fare differential. Learn more about our change policy. Previously purchased tickets may not be exchanged for special fare tickets. Flight segments must be cancelled prior to scheduled departure time or the tickets and all amounts paid will be forfeited.

Additional travel services, such as baggage and advance seat assignments are available for purchase separately at an additional charge. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, please refer to Frontier Airline's Contract of Carriage.
