Dear Managing Committee Members,

This is to inform you that AMTOI has confirmed its participation at CTL 2026, scheduled on 17–18 March 2026 at Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai, in line with the current trend of active engagement by industry associations at major sector events.

We are also respecting the invitation from EXIM India for a complimentary stall, extended to AMTOI for the exhibition.

The organizers have allotted Booth No. D-10 (12 sq. mtrs.) with standard inclusions. Considering the short lead time, and the fact that AMTOI has recently concluded a major event, we will maintain a minimal-cost presence and will not undertake any sponsorship or fundraising exercise for this participation.

The objective is primarily industry visibility and member engagement.

I request all Managing Committee Members to:

• Visit the AMTOI stall during the exhibition

• Encourage colleagues and industry associates to visit the stall

The Secretariat will shortly circulate promotional creatives and digital collateral for sharing across social media, WhatsApp groups, and email networks to ensure wider outreach.

Your support in strengthening AMTOI’s industry presence will be appreciated.
