It was indeed a pleasure speaking to you today.
As discussed during the call today, member exporters are approaching the Federation and reporting various kinds of concern related to their export shipments (via sea) due to the evolving situation in Middle East. In this regard, we shall be grateful if the O/o DG Shipping may kindly convene a virtual meeting with exporting fraternity to understand their concerns. Through your good offices, relevant stakeholders in exim supply chain (Shipping lines, Forwarders, customs etc ) may also be invited for this meeting so that exporter issues could be heard for redressal to the extent possible.
The meeting could be organized anytime after 4th March based on your convenience and accordingly we shall extend the invitation to exporting community.
