Hey guys and girls!

I just wanted to tell you that there is a small hack day happening in a month. It's not a Ruby themed hackday but I thought a lot of you guys would like to come.
It's a Music Hack Day. Hej, everybody loves music, right?

The thing I like most about music hack days is their vibe. It's not about building a sustainable business but to just do something fun, learn some crazy api and just build something. It's about happiness
Music is great to just try out an idea and at the same time a very complicated and deep subject.

You can signup here, it's free:

And I'll leave you with an Ada Lovelace quote:
“[The Analytical Engine] might act upon other things besides number, were objects found whose mutual fundamental relations could be expressed by those of the abstract science of operations, and which should be also susceptible of adaptations to the action of the operating notation and mechanism of the engine. Supposing, for instance, that the fundamental relations of pitched sounds in the science of harmony and of musical composition were susceptible of such expression and adaptations, the engine might compose elaborate and scientific pieces of music of any degree of complexity or extent.”

thanks!
