Last month ACK was a success (in my opinion at least) but due to the
vacation coming up we did not really plan a new meeting. Last week was
Utrecht.rb, so next week is available.
Who is coming next monday tot the library at 18.00 for food and code?
For those who don't remember the previous meeting or are new to the
list: ACK (Amsterdam Coders Kollective) is a programming-focused,
language-agnostic meeting in Amsterdam's public library. The only
requirement is that you bring your laptop :)
ACK was first organized as a kind of counterpart to the monthly beer &
socializing nights organized as Amsterdam.rb and Utrecht.rb. Most of
us come from the Ruby community, but we have broad interests in other
things non-Ruby. Topics last month included: Ioke, Io, Clojure, Emacs,
Vi, the concept of futures in Io and Ruby and Ruby Shoes.
Cheers,
Wes
