OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION OF GRADUATION DATE

Graduates,

Your GRADUATION 2014 convocation day ceremony was hereby officially confirmed on 29.March.2014 (Saturday).

Today We had pasted your address details on the invitation, and very soon you will receive the CONVOCATION WELCOME INVITATION to your residence address stating with your PARENT NAME in your address label.

You can also able to view the fees details inside that invitation itself, for what you all have to pay on the day of graduation day ceremony.

FIRST PROCESS ON THAT DAY IS, you have to complete your name enrollment process with the REGISTRATION COMMITTEE faculty members, for the purpose of on the stage presence in aid to receive your degree certificate from chief guest.

Unless you are not registering your name with that committee, your name will not be called on the stage. 

So OUR KIND INFORMATION TO ALL GRADUATES, WAS TO PLEASE REPORT TO THE COLLEGE EARLIER AS PER THE TIMINGS ORDER, AND PLEASE DO NOT COME LATELY AT LEAST ON THE DAY OF GRADUATION FUNCTION.

FURTHER, AS PER ORDER, THE GRADUATES WHO ARE COMING LATELY AFTER THE CLOSING TIME OF REGISTRATION PROCESS, ARE HEREBY INFORMED THAT THOSE LATE COMERS GRADUATE NAMES WILL NOT BE CALLED ON THE STAGE, AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT PATIENTLY TILL THE COMPLETION OF GRADUATION DAY CEREMONY, AT THE END YOU CAN RECEIVE YOUR DEGREE CERTIFICATE IN COLLEGE OFFICE ROOM. 

so please don't come to college lately. please adhere with timing.

The 60 students of those who had completed your B.E.-C.S.E. degree successfully during APRIL / MAY 2013 session, are hereby eligible to participate in the graduation day 2014 function, and the invitation was dispatched only to this above mentioned 60 students.

So the graduates, of those who are staying in abroad / other states / other cities  are hereby informed to please book your AIR / TRAIN TICKETS, ETC..well in advance, in aid to reach on or before stipulated time, on the day of graduation ceremony.

AFTER THE COMPLETION OF ENTIRE GRADUATION DAY CEREMONY, YOU ALL INVITEES ARE HEREBY PLEASING INVITED TO HAVE YOUR LUNCH.

The 09 students of those who had completed your degree successfully during NOV / DEC 2013 session are hereby informed, that since your degree certificates and other certificates hadn't came to college yet, so for you, the convocation invitation  hadn't sent to your address.

So on the day of graduation day function, you all 09 students can come for convocation ceremony, and at the end of graduation day function, you can take a picture or snap along with the 60 degree completed graduates only, that too OFF THE STAGE ONLY - this information of decision also was as per order of our college.

So you 09 students of NOV / DEC 2013 session, B.E. - C.S.E. degree completed passouts are hereby INVITED for the convocation day function through this e-mail, and you can able to utilize the above mentioned snap taking privilege along with those 60 students only, and you are pleased to have an lunch also. 

So as per convocation invitation condition status, you all 09 students of nov / dec 2013 session passouts,  can accompany either one or two persons (parents) along with you for convocation day ceremony. 

Sorry to say that, you all 09 STUDENTS OF NOV / DEC 2013 session passouts names, will not be called on the stage and you will not be allowed to go for on stage also, as per order.

Except this above mentioned 60 (APR / MAY 2013) AND 09 (NOV / DEC 2013) GRADUATES, other remaining 31 students of your batchmates WHO ARE YET TO COMPLETE THEIR ARREAR PAPERS or degree, are NOT encouraged or allowed for this off the stage photo session also - as per order.

SO ONCE AGAIN, ON BEHALF OF OUR C.S.E. DEPARTMENT FACULTIES, WE CONGRATULATE YOU ALL 60 (APR / MAY 2013) AND 09 (NOV / DEC 2013) GRADUATES, WITH WARM WISHES AND HAPPINESS WITH SMILE ON YOUR ALL  FACES FOREVER, BY GOD BLESSINGS TO YOU ALL.
