Dear Graduates,

We are glad to inform you that the 11th Graduation Day of our college will be held on 28th March, 2015 at 8.45 a.m. on our college campus.  Prof. Dr. M. RAJARAM, Vice Chancellor, Anna University, Chennai is Chief Guest and award degrees to the U.G.(B.E./B.Tech) P.G.(M.B.A/M.C.A) students.  In this regard you are invited with your parents to the 11th Graduation Day Celebrations.

Please inform and update us with your communication address, present job status, telephone numbers and e-mail ID along with your willingness to participate in the above mentioned function.  The registration will begin from 8.45 a.m. on wards and will close by 9.30 a.m.  Late comers will not be allowed to register beyond 10.00 a.m. and further they will not be allowed to enter the hall.  You need to pay Rs. 400/-(Registration-Rs.100/-Photo-Rs.50/-, Robe Rental-Rs.50/- and Caution Deposit(Refundable)-Rs.200/-).  You are asked to bring exact change with you. And bring two pass port size photos also along with you.

The information may please be conveyed to your friends who are yet to receive this invitation due to change of address.  Send your confirmation mail to your respective Head of Departments.
