considered as completed this form. but among you SOME OF THEM, hadn't
filled SOME FIELDS which was asked in online form. sO PLEASE SEE THAT
YOU ARE FILLING THE SAME FORM ONCE AGAIN BY PROVIDING ANSWERS IN ALL
FIELDS WHICH WAS ASKED IN THAT FORM.

If any details are "not applicable to you" means then specify as NA.

But see that you are filling your present living city, martial status,
employer details with contact id and no., higher studies details and
all in that form.
