RE-CONFIRMATION OF YOUR GRADUATION DATE & INFORMATION REGARDING GRADUATION DAY -> REGISTRATION DETAILS AND POSTAL OF GRADUATION INVITATION

Graduates,

YOUR 10TH GRADUATION DAY 2014 was scheduled on 29.MARCH.2014 (SATURDAY). ON BEHALF, OF OUR COLLEGE WITH APPROVAL OF OUR DEPARTMENT HOD/C.S.E. sir AND PRINCIPAL sir, I AM OFFICIALLY CONFIRMING THIS DATE ONCE AGAIN FOR YOU ALL.

Already from the department we have completed your graduation invitation - address pasting formalities in it, and we had handover ed the invitation to our college office room faculty officials very earlier itself.

I hope that they had posted all the invitations to the concern graduates address specified in it, earlier itself.

So if any graduate was not receiving the invitation means, then you ARE HEREBY REQUESTED TO CONTACT DIRECTLY TO OUR COLLEGE OFFICE ROOM FACULTY OFFICIALS AND PLEASE HAVE CLEAR YOUR CLARIFICATION REGARDING THE INVITATION STATUS from them.

So please DON'T MAKE THE CALL TO US regarding this invitation status.

OUR DEPARTMENT OF C.S.E."IS NOT RESPONSIBLE" FOR ANY POSTAL DELAY OR WHATSOEVER REASON.

ALL THE 60 B.E.-C.S.E. GRADUATES OF APRIL / MAY 2013 & 10 B.E.-C.S.E. GRADUATES OF NOVEMBER / DECEMBER 2013 ARE HEREBY "INVITED" TO PARTICIPATE in the 10TH GRADUATION DAY 2014 ceremony, and please grace the occasion.

The 60 graduates of APRIL / MAY 2013 pass outs are HEREBY REQUESTED TO PLEASE REPORT TO THE COLLEGE "AT 08:30 A.M." itself ON THE DAY OF GRADUATION CEREMONY TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION PROCESS AND OTHER FORMALITIES, IN AID TO CALL YOUR NAME ON THE STAGE AND TO HANDOVER YOUR DEGREE CERTIFICATE TO YOU from THE HAND OF CHIEF GUEST and OUR COLLEGE MANAGEMENT DIGNITARIES. 

The graduates of those who hadn't receive your invitation yet, please wait patiently, you can expect your invitation by this week on or before friday, i hope so...

The 60 graduates of APRIL / MAY 2013 are hereby requested to pay Rs.100 / - with the registration committee for your graduation day photograph and the dispatch of same to your residential address later. 

Further, you are hereby informed to pay Rs. 300 /- to the graduation rope issuing authorities, and the end of graduation ceremony, when you handover your graduation rope back to them, you can get your remaining caution deposit from the deduction of rent charge for the rope, from that authorities.

Example: Consider, each student is paying Rs. 300 /- in beginning stage while collecting the graduation rope from that concern authorities, and at the end of graduation ceremony, when you handover the graduation rope back to them, they WILL REFUND Rs.250/- back to you, which is the caution deposit, and the remaining amount Rs. 50 /- will be considered AS RENT FOR THE GRADUATION ROPE.  (ASSUMPTION ONLY). 

Note: On the day of graduation ceremony, this "rent charge may be vary or else it will remain same" also as specified above, BUT THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF Rs. 300, FOR THAT THERE IS "NO ANY CHANGE" IN IT. So each graduate have to pay Rs. 300 /- to the graduation rope issuing authorities.

Finally, all the 60 + 10 = 70 graduates and their ACCOMPANIES are hereby INVITED to have your "lunch" after the completion of graduation day ceremony.

Each graduate CAN ACCOMPANY EITHER 1 or 2 PERSONS ONLY along WITH THEM on the day of graduation ceremony - as per the graduation day invitation rules and regulations.

ONCE AGAIN, ON BEHALF OF OUR DEPARTMENT OF C.S.E. ALL FACULTY, WE CONGRATULATE YOU ALL FOR YOUR B.E.-C.S.E. DEGREE CONFER FROM ANNA UNIVERSITY CHENNAI.
