Huntsville Simulation Conference Planning Meeting - Your help needed

Work is beginning on this year’s Huntsville Simulation Conference. I
am soliciting your help in the capacity as a member of the conference
committee and/or as a session organizer

• The conference committee works on the details of organizing the
conference: marketing, finding featured speakers, organizing the
exhibits, reviewing abstracts, etc. Conference committee meetings are
held once a month
• A session organizer decides on the theme of a conference session
(from 3 to 18 presentations lasting 25 minutes each) and actively
solicits authors to participate in the conference. Session organizers
do not need to participate in conference committee meetings.

Committee meetings will be hosted by Dynetics at their headquarters
building at 1002 Explorer Boulevard. The first committee meeting will
be held on Thursday, April 17 from 11:30 to 12:30. Future meetings
are scheduled monthly through October.
