Dear Simulation Professional,
I am pleased to announce the Huntsville Simulation Conference for 2009. It is scheduled for October 28 to 29 at the Huntsville Marriott Hotel in Huntsville, Alabama. A day of classified sessions is scheduled for Oct 27 at the Advanced Research Center (ARC).. Please visit the conference web site at www.scs.org/hsc to view the detailed Call for Participation.
Would you please do some of the following for me:
· Consider being a session organizer for the conference. (Find five presenters on a particular topic.)
· Consider submitting an abstract and making a presentation at the conference.
· Register and attend the conference.
· Forward this message to your organization's internal email distribution.
· Forward this message to any colleagues you think might be interested in this conference.
· Ask me to send you a printable copy of the Call for Participation that you can post at your place of business.
· Let me know of any newsletters, calendars or web sites which should know about this meeting.
