Ladies and Gentlemen:
As corporate or practitioner members of the Alabama Modeling and Simulation Council (AMSC), you are hereby invited, on a space –available basis to briefing on Wednesday 2 September to communicate to Representative Parker Griffith a sample of the general technical competency manifest in Alabama’s District 5; and to encourage him to consider these skills in executing his legislative duties, particularly as a member of the House Science and Technology Committee.
Enclosed is a DRAFT Program for the meeting planned for Building 5400 on Redstone Arsenal, promptly at 1:30. Note that the meeting is intended to represent the breadth and depth of technical competency within District 5 , including not only modeling and simulation , but such topics as MEMS and bi-medical fields as well.
If you wish to attend, please notify Charlotte Sallas at csa...@aegistg.com by noon on Sunday, August 31. Space is limited; so please send your notification as soon as possible. If you are attending, please read the following important instructions for entering the meeting venue:
Guests who do not possess a Redstone Arsenal employee badge must enter through Gate 9. Please have a valid form of photo identification and enter the gate through the far left-hand lane nearest to the Security Guard Office. Tell the security guard that you are attending the Alabama Modeling and Simulation Council in Building 5400. Please have your driver’s license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance available if required by the security guard. Once on the Arsenal, please proceed to the North entrance of Building 5400.
