The Huntsville Simulation Conference (HSC) is an annual conference located in Huntsville, Alabama with international participation. Abstracts and papers are accepted only in electronic form. The final unclassified proceedings are available on CD and in print. The HSC seeks technical papers, briefings, tutorials, panel discussions, session organizers and session chairs in a wide range of topic areas.
Classified presentations only are given on the first day of the conference, Tuesday, October 26, at the Advanced Research Center (ARC). Admittance to classified sessions is limited to U.S. citizens with a clearance level of at least U.S. Secret who submit proper visit requests prior to the conference. There is no extra charge for those who are approved to attend the classified sessions. No classified information is included in any conference proceedings. When accepted, submission of an abstract becomes a commitment to register, attend and make a presentation. Forms of payment: U.S. Check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Purchase Order. A CD version of the Proceedings are distributed at the conference. A hard copy of the proceedings is available at extra cost and shipped after the conference. Conference fee includes a CD copy of the proceedings, two luncheons and an evening social event.
