Dear friends,
AMSA (Applied Mechanics Students Association) welcomes you all to the
farewell cum get-together function of our Applied Mechanics Department
on 25th May, 2010 (Wednesday).
The schedule of the program is as follows,
5:00 to 5:30 pm Snacks and cool drinks
5.30 to 8:30pm Distribution of mementos to our outgoing
students and cultural program
Venue : Newton Hall
Regarding the cultural program in Newton Hall, we need active
participation from all of you including our guests. Events such as
singing, skits, mimicry, dance, playing musical instruments, cracking
jokes etc are all most welcome. Kindly inform the co-ordinators
regarding your participation in the cultural programs on or before
24th May 2010 so that we can schedule the events accordingly. Please
come forward voluntarily and expose your hidden talents. It is the
meeting for us to relax and enjoy.
It is decided to collect Rs.100/- from each one of you (excluding
outgoing students, faculties and staff) towards the general expenses
of the function. Its mandatory to pay this money. Kindly contribute
the amount to the following coordinators on or before 24th May 2010.

Hersh Parmar Biomedical Division
Prakash, Immanuel Fluid Mechanics Division
The outgoing students list is available with the above volunteers.
Kindly do confirm your presence.
PS: I guess Hersh is out of town. So, the students of Biomedical
Division can pay the cash to any of the above specified students of
Solid, Fluid division.

This is a reminder for today's farewell. Be there in Newton Hall by 4.30PM. Thanks to all who contributed their money and time to organize the event. Those who didn't, please pay tour share of money by today afternoon.
