Dear All,
The Music and Philosophy Study Group (MPSG) is holding a discussion of an excerpt from Fred Moten's book, In the Break: The Aesthetics of the Black Radical Tradition (University of Minnesota Press, 2003). The session will be a brown bag lunch co-led by Michael Gallope (University of Minnesota) and Alisha Lola Jones (Indiana University). It will take place at the AMS Annual Meeting on Friday, November 10th, from 12:15 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. in Regency Ballroom C [Hyatt] during the scheduled time of the study group's business meeting.
Please spread the word! All are welcome to join.
