we in need of bulk requirements

There are multiple requirements for OSS.

 

1.       requirement of good OSS profiles in the area of FM and PM areas

a.       with Java/J2EE or C C++ with Telecom background with 2-4 years exp.

 

2.       Requirement for EMS/NMS

a.       They need good 5+ years of exp. with good telecom background hardcore developers with  working knowledge in EMS/NMS areas .

 

All teams are working for OSS areas and exp on Netact is plus.

Bala has 19+ years of diversified experience with global exposure in Mobile Telephone industry across Engineering, Operations & Project Management with various telecom giants like Maxis, Mobitel – Srilanka, Airtel, Videocon & handled OEMs like Cisco, Ericsson, Nokia, Alcatel, Samsung, Huawei & NEC.

Prior to joining Aricent, he was working with Samsung India Electronics – under Networking Business Unit & Heading Kerala Circle for a massive LTE – 4G Network rollout for Reliance Jio.

He holds an MBA & Engineering degree in Electronic and Communications. Bala is conversant with south Indian languages and Hindi & English very well.

Bala is married to Sangeetha and is a proud father of one son – B.Vishal Dev. He  has great interest in sports such as chess, volley ball and has been following passionately all major events around these. He loves reading and exploring new cultures and people.
